Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged during shipping are eligible for replacement or refund upon review.

Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
